Queen Elizabeth II held her weekly Audience with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Wednesday, 25 March 2020, by telephone.

The Queen has held a weekly Audience with her Prime Minister throughout her reign but this is said to be the first by telephone due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Queen Elizabeth is currently at Windsor Castle, especially she is at risk due to her age, whilst Boris Johnson remained at 10 Downing Street.

Prince Charles, who last saw the Queen on 12 March, is in self-isolation at Birkhall, after testing positive for the disease.
