The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released four gorgeous photos to mark this milestone in the little princess’ life.

The Duchess took these images on the Sandringham Estate during April as the family helped to pack up and deliver food packages for isolated pensioners in the local area.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share four new photographs of Princess Charlotte ahead of her fifth birthday tomorrow.

Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was born at 8.34 am in the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital Paddington in 2015 and is currently fourth in the line of succession to the British throne, following her grandfather Prince Charles, father Prince William and older brother George.

She did not lose her place when her younger brother Prince Louis was born in 2018, following the Perth Agreement with changes to the Act of Succession with absolute primogeniture instead of male-preference primogeniture.

Princess Charlotte began attending Willcocks Nursery School in London on Monday, 8 January 2018.

So far Princess Charlotte has been a bridesmaid at her aunt Pippa Middleton’s wedding in 2017.

The following year, 2018, was a very busy one for the little princess as a junior bridesmaid:

  • her uncle, Prince Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle on 19 May.
  • family friend Sophie Carter tied the knot with Robert Snuggs on 23 September.
  • Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank on 12 October.

She joined big brother Prince George at Thomas’s Battersea on 5 September 2019, starting in Reception Year.
