The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall are supporting a great initiative from the Royal Voluntary Service this year.
Christmas can be a very difficult time for some, especially following the loss of a loved one, or away from family and friends, especially with COVID-19 restrictions, or deployed overseas in the Defence Forces.
The Royal Voluntary Service is urging everyone in the United Kingdom to ‘give some a bell this Christmas!’ by calling them by telephone or ringing their doorbell.
Supporting Older People
The Duchess of Cornwall also wrote about the importance of supporting older people this Christmas in her article, A Christmas message from Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cornwall, to you, in The Telegraph on Saturday, 19 December 2020.
