Kungaparet reste i kortege genom Stockholm
På eftermiddagen den 16 september reste kung Carl XVI Gustaf och drottning Silvia i hästdragen procession genom centrala Stockholm med anledning av kungens 50-årsjubileum som Sveriges statsöverhuvud. Den sista delen av processionsvägen till Kungliga slottet skedde med den kungliga slupen Vasaorden.
The Royal Couple traveled in cortege through Stockholm
On the afternoon of 16 September, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia traveled in a horse-drawn procession through central Stockholm on the occasion of the King’s 50th anniversary as Sweden’s head of state. The final part of the procession route to the Royal Palace took place with the royal barge Vasaorden.
