The Danish Royal Family posed for photographs during their summer holiday at Gråsten Palace on 15 July 2016.

Flowers for Queen Margrethe.

Queen Margrethe II, Prince Henrik and her family continue the tradition of spending their holidays at Gråsten Palace when it was given to the Crown Prince Couple (later King Frederik IX and Queen Ingrid) in 1920, as their summer residence.

The annual summer photo shoot tradition has been established as part of an agreement with the Danish media that they will not photograph the royal family during their holidays.
