The Danish Royal Court released three new photos to celebrate Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine’s 6th birthday on 8 January 2017.

Denmark welcomed Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine with 21-gun salutes in Copenhagen and at Krongborg Castle when they were born on 8 January 2011 at Rigshospitalet (Copenhagen University Hospital).

Prince Vincent was born at 10.30 am local time, with his sister Princess Josephine born 26 minutes later at 10.56 am.

They are the youngest children of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary, and are fourth and fifth in the line of succession to the Danish throne.

The twins were christened Prince Vincent Frederik Minik Alexander and Princess Josephine Sophia Ivalo Mathilda at Holmen’s Church in Copenhagen on Thursday, 14 April 2011.
