Kensington Palace has released two adorable photos of Princess Charlotte as she heads off to her first day at Willcocks Nursery School on Monday, 8 January 2018.

Her proud mother, Catherine Duchess of Cambridge, took the official photos of the little princess wearing a red coat with matching shoes, a pale pink scarf and carrying a Cath Kidston ballerina backpack at Kensington Palace to mark the occasion.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share two photographs of Princess Charlotte at Kensington Palace this morning.
Willcocks Nursery School is about a ten-minute walk from their home at Kensington Palace.
Miss Diana Willocks founded the school in 1964 for 2 to 5-year-olds and has been at its present location in the Holy Trinity Church hall since 1984.
According to their website, ‘The Willcocks Nursery is a traditional nursery school which strives to maintain its ethos for high standards, excellence and good manners.’
Princess Charlotte will be a full-time pupil, which charges £9,150 (about A$15,800) for morning students and £5,400 (about A$9,350) for afternoon children per year.
Her older brother Prince George attended the Westacre Montessori in Norfolk, when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge lived at Anmer Hall, before he started school at Thomas’s Battersea last September.
