Fantastic news for Australian viewers as Nine will be broadcasting the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle live on Saturday, 19 May at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Get ready to watch royal history with family, friends and fellow monarchists on Nine when Prince Harry finally marries Meghan Markle in a splendid ceremony which will be watched by millions across the world.

Nine’s Royal Wedding Week begins from Saturday, 12 May, with coverage of all the preparations on Nine News, A Current Affair, 60 Minutes, Today, Today Extra, 9 Honey and 9News.com.au.

A spokesperson said Nine will be providing unprecedented access and insight to the royal wedding including preparations.

Royal insiders, including the Sunday Express‘ Royal Editor Camilla Tominey, Queen Elizabeth’s former press secretary and the Prince and Princess of Wales’ media manager Dickie Arbiter and esteemed Royal photographer Arthur Edwards, will provide a glimpse into the Royal Family’s inner sanctum in the week leading up to the wedding.

Today co-hosts Georgie Gardner and Karl Stefanovic will present the live broadcast from 7.00 pm, capturing the colour and the emotion of the wedding with Nine’s team of reporters including Allison Langdon, Lizzie Pearl, Laura Turner, Michael Best and Seb Costello at key locations across Windsor and London.

Viewers will be able to watch the wedding via live-streaming if they don’t have access to a television, and regular updates no matter where they are.
