The Royal Collection Trust has released an official souvenir publication celebrating Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh’s remarkable 99-year life, available from 24 June 2021.

Prince Philip 1921-2021: A Celebration explores the major events in Prince Philip’s life – from his birth in Corfu, his education, wartime service during World War II and his marriage to Queen Elizabeth II in 1947, as Britain’s longest-serving consort.

He has represented the sovereign at home and abroad on official engagements, his many interests and patronage of over 750 organisations.

Authors Deborah Clarke and Sally Goodsir researched private archives and official records to provide a ‘personal yet authoritative account’ that offers a fresh look at Prince Philip’s lifetime of achievement.
This book has more than 150 images, including private photos taken by members of the Royal Family.
