Richard III: The Burial of the King
This documentary hosted by Jon Snow will air on SBS One on Friday, 21 August, at 7.30 pm, which covers King Richard III’s reburial service in Leicester Cathedral in March 2015.

Australia Post Celebrates Princess Charlotte’s Birth
Australia Post releases a new commemorative 70c stamp, which will be available from 25 August. A must-have for stamp collectors.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh led Victory over Japan commemorations in London, despite a terrorist threat.

The Duchess of Cornwall danced with Navy veteran Jim Booth in the College Gardens at Westminster Abbey on VJ Day.

Special photographic displays, including Cecil Beaton’s portrait of Queen Elizabeth (below), will be on show at Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace and the Palace of Holyroodhouse to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II overtaking Queen Victoria’s record as longest-reigning monarch.
