The Gyalsey Naming Day

His Royal Highness Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck with his Grandfather, His Majesty the Fourth King. Jigme means fearless, and invokes the strength to confront any challenges that the future may present, without fear or hesitation, when the time comes for the Gyalsey to serve his country. Namgyel means victory in all directions, over all forms. It was also the name of the revered Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel, who enabled the Dharma to flourish in all directions, as prophesied by Guru Rinpoche. Wangchuck, which connotes a person born with authority and majestic qualities, is inherited from the Wangchuck dynasty, of our hereditary Monarchy. #gyalseyjigmenamgyelwangchuck #princeofbhutan #hmk4 #love
