King Harald and Queen Sonja are in-home quarantine to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

The Royal Court of Norway issued another statement on Thursday, 12 March 2020, following their announcement that the Royal Family have cancelled official engagements until Easter.
This is in accordance with the Government’s new measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Neither King Harald or Queen Sonja have any symptoms after their return from an official visit to Jordan from 2 to 4 March.
However, King Harald will preside over the Council of State meeting via video conference on Friday, 13 March 2020, with Crown Prince Haakon in attendance at the Palace.
