Thank you, especially our subscribers, friends and followers, for supporting Right Royal Roundup during 2021.

It has been another challenging year, courtesy of COVID-19, whilst again juggling working in retail, ongoing health issues and keeping up with royal news!

At the moment, as I write this, I am house-bound waiting for my 12th COVID-Test results so I am doing my best to ‘Keep calm and carry on.’

Well, the New Year certainly looks promising with the following royal events, including:

Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee, as Her Majesty reaches her 70th anniversary on the British throne, in February. (The last monarch who celebrated one was King Bhumibol of Thailand in 2016 – two months before his passing.)

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge will celebrate her 40th Birthday on Sunday, 9 January.

Queen Letizia of Spain will celebrate her 50th birthday on Thursday, 15 September.

There are plans that Princess Anne may visit Sydney, to coincide with the Royal Easter Show, and visit Regional NSW as well. Let’s hope the Princess Royal also visits Tamworth!

Members of the British Royal Family will be attending the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham held in July.

I’m guessing Prince Louis will start school this year, joining his older siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte at Thomas’s Battersea. So far, no official announcement as yet to confirm these details.
