Royal twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine celebrate their 10th birthday, on Friday, 8 January 2021.
The Danish Royal Court has released seven photos by photographer Franne Voight to mark the twins celebrating double-digits.
The twins were born at Rigshospitalet (Copenhagen University Hospital) in Copenhagen on 8 January 2011. Prince Vincent was born at 10.30 am with Princess Josephine born 26 minutes later at 10:56 am (local time).
They are the youngest children of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary and are fourth and fifth in the line of succession to the Danish throne.
At noon, 21-gun salutes were fired from the Sixtus Battery at Holmen Naval Base in Copenhagen and at Kronborg Castle in North Zealand to mark the birth of the royal twins.
Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine are currently attending Tranegård School in Hellerup with their older siblings, Prince Christian and Princess Isabella.
In January 2020, the four royal children began a 12-week school break at the Lemania-Verbier International School in Switzerland but their stay was cut short due to the coronavirus outbreak.
